Mr. Min Zhu, President of InfowareLab Information Technology, Inc., is the co-founder, former president and CTO of WebEx Communications, Inc. (public company, acquired by Cisco); the board director of the Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association, the leading association for Chinese entrepreneurs, scientist and executives at Silicon Valley; and the only Chinese partner of New Enterprise Associates (NEA), one of the world’s most respected venture capital firms. He pioneered internet-based interactive multimedia communication technology, which is called "A Revolution in Communication History" by IDC. Besides, he co-founded WebEx Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBX), which was acquired by Cisco for $3.2 billion dollars in May 2007, having over 30,000 enterprise customers including a majority of the world’s largest companies and millions of individual users. With enthusiasm for the high tech industry in his homeland China, he founded the Cybernaut Venture Capital Management in partnership with NEA, and worked closely with NEA on investment at many China’s leading high-tech companies.
Mr. Lei Zhu, CEO and co-founder of InfowareLab Information Technology, Inc., is responsible for the vision, strategic planning, management and technological innovation of the company. At the age of 14, he gave up the opportunity of directly entering the young-genius program at Tsing-Hua University and enrolled in Stanford University. At the age of 19, he got his BS of Computer Science and MS of Electrical Engineering from Stanford. After working for Sun Microsystems on hardware chip design and 3-D graphic software, he co-founded Scisystems—an early pioneer in the SaaS space, and helped raise over $40M in VC investment. As the chief architect at WebEx, he successfully led the team in designing and implementing WebEx’s unique collaboration service platform, helping to accelerate the growth of WebEx into the online conference leader.
